I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing. She gave medical reasons to support the importance of dental hygiene. She was a wealth of knowledge.
The staff at the Olean location is phenomenal! They explained everything very well and made the process very easy on me! The hygienist Anne was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I have been to a few different dentist and not found a good fit. They were very kind and patient with me! I highly recommend the office, but more specifically Anne the hygienist!
Service desk people are very kind. Hygienist is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Office is very patient with the multiple cancellation due family emergencies over the past few months. Dentist, she is a little too rushed, she is very nice and has a good sense of humor. But needs to slow down and spend more time with the patient and listen to the concerns. I never write reviews, however, reading through others made me want to share my experiences. I have been a to her a couple times and for my extractions she almost forgot to extract a tooth on the order. The dental assistant was prepping me to go home after surgery and she comes back in and says "Oh, I forgot to extract one".
Then following up to extractions I had bone fragments surface and causing pain. When she came in she assessed me for partial adjustment and never looked problem area for which I scheduled the appointment for. The desk clerk had to finish my partial adjustment and she also had to get the dentist back in the room to look at the problem area, only first asking the desk clerk to look first. Then the dentist came back in and realized it was something that did need attention they had to cut and remove and stitch it. She is a very sweet funny lady just always in a rush and not seeming to spend enough time with each person, this might very well be the result of scheduling. I also have to plan on being there for a least 2 hours because the waiting time is a lot. I am just not one to complain.
I hate going to the dentist so I avoid them. I went for a cleaning and Ann was amazing! I highly recommend going to her if you're due for your cleaning! She didn't scrape my teeth and gums raw and I left with my teeth feeling so much better!
had appointments for family scheduled 6 months in advance for cleanings. Confirmed via email over a week ago. Get a call the day before saying they doubled booked us and we need to reschedule. Called the day of our appointments and told them we would not reschedule. Told they had an opening at 5:45 (this was our original time slot). After my son's cleaning, we were told it would be another 30 minutes before they could examine his teeth. This is not the first time this has happened to us. While waiting in the waiting room, 2 other customers had the same complaint. If you feel like spending 3 hours there, go ahead and make an appointment. I do not recommend them at all!!
