Will not unlock a phone
Only a few of the workers know how to do their job. The others have hardly a clue of what technology is it seems. And stock always seems to be limited. Better off going an extra 30 minutes from the store to one of the bigger AT&Ts.
They were very helpful with my switch from Verizon to AT&T. I had to get 5 phones and a big plan that included combining it with my DirecTV one and everything went smoothly. Thank you.
Always have great customer service I usually request their sales associate Kyle he always suggests things that I never knew I needed!
Any time I had a problem they helped me . They helped me with billing on how to read it. Choices of equipment That would meet my needs. They do check your equipment and so much more.
