I am a frequent customer of Auto zone until today. I arrived at the Olean location at 7:09pm. I grabbed one gallon of antifreeze and walked to the counter to cash out. I stood there until 7:20 while one employee ignored me. The other employee came in from helpinga customer outside walked past me without a word. So in ten minutes of standing there no one greeted me or said they'd be right with me so I walked out. I will shop at advance Auto or any other store besides Auto zone because of their ignorance.
If I need parts this is my go-to place. Very helpful will even change your battery or windshield wipers at no extra installation cost.

Average prices the best part about AutoZone is their warranties. So if you are a do-it-yourselfer definitely a good place to buy auto parts
You can go in there for the simplest part and always get the wrong thing
