They really took me out of a jam! I needed to make a 170 mile trip in my rental car to Syracuse NY to get on a plane back home to Ft Laud. The tire blew out and no way could I go that far on the spare. With cars waiting to be serviced, the manager took my car in and had me out and back on the road in 20 minutes flat. He even fed me a piece of their fresh hot pizza when I said I was hungry. BEST SERVICE EVER!!
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took all day which I can accept. Then they tried to charge full price because THEIR SIGN was wrong. To top it all off, they wouldn't rotate my tires unless I changed my lug nuts!! Really my lug nuts are too rusty, REALLY do I look that OLD!!
They gave me a great deal on snow tires, and even went out of their way to go get them and bring them to the store that day to accommodate my busy schedule!
Been taking our vehicles here for 3 yrs. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Have never had a problem.
I have no idea why anyone would post a negative reviews of this location. I take my personal vehicles and my two work trucks there and have never had anything less than a perfect experience. Beware of the other reviews, it sounds like competition posting bogus reviews. The manager there is very thorough and makes sure he gets you the best price possible. The mechanics are knowledgeable and do quick work. I've never been charged for unnecessary work. Would recommend over any other shop in town for brakes, oil changes, muffler etc.
