We went there this week and they were so very helpful and great to work with. We didn't think we were going to be able to get a car but they went to bat for us and now we are driving a new car. Even if it wouldn't have worked out for us it would not have been the dealers fault. They do their job well. They take care of their customers. Thank to to the guys that worked with us.
My husband dropped me off at the mall to shop only to find a vehicle he's been searching for. He purchased a Ford F-150 and is madly in love with it. The staff and manager at Larry Spacc's were great to work with. There was a small amount of damage to a window trim, but the staff has set up a time to replace/repair it. We were in and out of the place in an hour and my husband couldn't be happier. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them and each time it was a breeze. I would recommend this place to someone. **Negative reviews "probably" came from people with bad credit. It isn't a dealership's fault that you have a lower credit score. We have great credit and they worked with my husband's budget to come up with a great deal.**
They lied to us, they are one of the worst dealers to work with
We bought a dodge ram 1500 on Friday December 16, 2016 from Jake Marsh....he was very knowledgeable and was great to work with. He definitely made the buying experience easy. We had a couple little minor problems with the truck. We told him that when we test drove it the headlight was cutting in and out and that the passenger side mirror turning signal light wasn't working properly and he said he would see what he could do. It was the weekend so I didn't expect it to happen quickly. Well while we were driving on Sunday the light went out. I called on Monday dropped the truck off and picked it up Wednesday all fixed. Everyone at Olean Resale were very friendly and helpful. I will be spreading the word to shop there. Our experience was great and we are very happy satisfied customers.
