(RESOLVED and FIXED by sales staff!) On my 3rd brand new Kia from this dealership & I've NEVER had any problems with the service or sales team. I also agree with everyone above that JD is super easy to work with and not at all pushy. Subsequently, I have traveled many miles to return to them vs my local KIA in Ithaca. I have also recommended them often; to many friends over the years. Now, however, I finally have a friend buying a brand new Kia from them and the terms of the friends and family referral program (that I've inquired about often over the YEARS and just pitched to this BRAND NEW Kia customer) have since been changed??? So embarrassing.
We went in today looking for an SUV. We were looking at other models and makes. Chase brought the Santa Fe to our attention and I love it. It’s the perfect size for my family of 4. Everybody was very nice and informative. I definitely will be recommending Paul Brown to my friends! Thank you Chase!!
My experience at Paul Brown was very enjoyable. Chase was the sales associate I worked with and throughout the entire process he made the whole thing easy with his professional and personable demeanor. I'm super excited about the car I purchased, and I would definitely visit Paul Brown again!
Salesmen were nice, helpful, and straight forward. The salesmen that assisted me, Chase, worked with his manager to give one single price that was the best they could do. No bargaining or going back and forth for a price. Free soda and water was great. 10/10
