very nice, but one of the most expensive places you could go
Charged a ridiculously high amount, which was not my problem because the insurance company paid. Then vehicle was totaled & salvage company came to pick up vehicle & they said there was an outstanding balance & wouldn't release it. This was just a clerical error on their part but it cost me money because tow truck had to come twice. I called to complain, but of course no one will call me back.
Always polite and friendly. More important, they do a great job.
