Just bought a truck last weekend. Easiest and fastest dealership experience of my life. Just stopped in to get a couple prices and wasn't sure if I'd get financed since I have a loan for my wife's car. I test drove the truck I wanted and by the time I returned I was approved. After leaving to pick up my wife to take me back to the dealer, Roughly 30 minutes later and I was out the door with my truck. Noticed a grinding sound with the brakes so they offered to come pick it up and return it since I work out of town. Best experience ever.. Paul Brown Chevy, you just found a lifetime car buyer. Adam was fantastic from day one. We arrived a little late in the day and he calmly walked us through the used car lot, never rushing us even though closing time was approaching (and passed). When we came back to buy the car - at a great deal - he stayed well past closing to make sure we were taken care of. Same thing on pick up. Thanks so much, Adam and the Paul Brown Chevy team!

I had been looking for a New car for about a month. I had come to the conclusion that I could not afford one and was probably going to have to purchase a used one. But then I came across Paul Brown Chevrolet. Every other dealership on cars.com had one reason or another why the prices were falsely advertised but Paul Brown Chevy was legitimate and truthful. I got the car I wanted, brand new and it is affordable! I couldn't be happier. Adam was a great salesperson. He promptly responded to all my calls and text messages. He and other staff members even stayed late one night for me. It was a great experience.
We recently bought our car at Paul Brown Chevrolet in Olean with Eric, he was AMAZING. We had a horrific experience with another dealership in town when we bought the car we traded in, but Eric went above and beyond to make the whole process super easy and smooth as silk. He kept us up to date on everything through out the whole process during the next day until we could get to the dealership. Every time someone asks us about our new car I tell them if they're looking to go buy at Paul Brown Chevy. Everyone there was super friendly and I cannot rate this place and Eric high enough. The only bummer was that the car didn't have a second key, we as a couple sharing one vehicle would have really loved a second key.
